📄 Terms & Conditions – OJCOMMERCE LTD

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by OJCOMMERCE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days and may include specific timeframes, deliverables, and payment terms. Acceptance of a quote confirms agreement to these terms.
2. Project Timelines
Development timelines are contingent upon:
Timely receipt of required materials (e.g. content, logos, branding)
Confirmation of scope and approval of any mockups
Initial or agreed payment being received in full
Delays in these may result in rescheduling or project delays.
3. Revisions
Revisions are not limited to a fixed number. Clients are welcome to request as many changes as needed.
Please note: all design or development revisions beyond the original project scope are billable at our current hourly or fixed rate. These will be clearly quoted and invoiced before additional work is started.
4. Additional Work
Any work not included in the original quote (e.g. extra pages, new features, added functionality) will be quoted and billed separately at the current hourly or fixed rate.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance or within 14 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may choose from the following payment methods:
Secure online payment (via Stripe or similar provider)
Direct bank transfer (BACS)
Other methods as agreed between both parties
Invoices are issued electronically and will include clear details of services provided
OJCOMMERCE LTD reserves the right to pause work or deactivate services where invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
6. Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase only if no significant development work has begun. Once work has started or assets have been delivered, refunds may no longer be eligible.
7. Hosting & Domain Services (Optional)
OJCOMMERCE LTD may offer optional hosting and domain setup. These services:
Are subject to separate pricing and terms
May be terminated or suspended in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violations of UK laws
Require 30 days' written notice to cancel
We are not responsible for service disruptions or third-party outages.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate content and assets
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Ensure payment is made on time
Not upload or request illegal, harmful, or infringing content
9. Data & Privacy
OJCOMMERCE LTD does not store or handle sensitive payment information. All transactions are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
We do not share personal client information with third parties unless required by law. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
OJCOMMERCE LTD will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Service outages caused by third parties
Client-supplied content issues (e.g. copyright violations)
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
11. Cancellation
Projects may be canceled with written notice
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you may be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation
Hosting cancellations require 30 days' notice, received at least 21 days before the next renewal
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK legal procedures.
